Robb Rouse - Robb is co-director and founder of the troupe. He is a veteran of poetry slams and No Shame Theater where he wrote, produced and acted in many original comedy sketches. He is famous for his unusual collection of bowling shirts and his eternal optimism. |
Kate Cash- Kate is a founding member of BLC; started in 2004. She began her theatre training at the age of ten after she saw her first performance and the love was kindled. Her favorite course in college was Stage Combat and has been threatened by the troupe for her excessive use of a blow dart. Improv is not just an art form for Kate but a way of life; connect to the moment, be completely present and you will be able to find the humor in any situation. |
Simon Adkins -Simon has been performing with the troupe since the beginning. He has the creativity of ten evil geniuses. His specialty is non-sequiturs, science fiction references, facial hair; and explaining what words actually mean. |
Kristin Banks - Kristin is the newest member of Big Lick Conspiracy having passed a grueling and totally unfair audition and has been with the troupe since August 2009. Kristin has been actively involved in numerous shows in the Roanoke area. Kristin was a Forensics Champion in 2005 as well as in 2006. Kristin will not eat the end of any type of food and is seriously considering adding an appendage. |
Ross Laguzza Ross is co-director and has been a member of BLC since 2004. As a veteran character actor he has numerous theater credits throughout the valley including Mill Mountain Theater, The Jefferson Center, Studio Roanoke, Showtimers, and GAMMUT. He is only in this for the money." |
Ami Trowell Ami joined the troupe in 2008 and has loved it ever since. She holds a bachelor's degree in theater and performs around town as time allows. Ami also worked as a stage manager and props master in Daytona Beach Florida and in the Department of Dance at Florida State University. She's the mother of three beautiful girls, two cats, one dog and an awesome doctor husband. |
John Bryant - John Bryant has been living the improv dream since 2004. He has appeared on stage at Mill Mountain Theatre as well as touring with the Mill Mountain Players. John is a graduate of VA Tech (Theatre and English) and is the Marketing Director for Roanoke Natural Foods Co-op. When he's not selling granola you can find him making up bedtime stories for his two kids and making up stories about traffic or car troubles for his wife.
